Hands on experience and a practical approach

I am a Training and Professional Development Consultant specialising in topics related to negotiation and influence.
Since 2001 I have provided companies and individuals with a highly specialised and practical approach to strengthening personal capabilities in areas related to the art of negotiation and influence.
I partner with clients to understand their business goals and strategy to close the gaps between the why, what and how. I assist by designing and delivering an aligned, practical and enlightening approach to training and coaching solutions for people to execute these goals.
I have an in-depth knowledge of influencing and negotiating, a natural rapport with people and an enthusiastic approach to training.
I find that people are often prepared to make a change if they can relate to examples, stories, pictures, activities and recurring themes. Learning should not be boring. I combine my business experience and acting abilities to allow people to relate, engage and have a good laugh at themselves!
I am inspired by helping people to find their motivation and enhance their skills to exceed.
My aim is to make a positive impact on everyone I meet.
Organisations are only strengthened by their people. Without people we are left with bricks and mortar. When businesses struggle to reach their goals, it is not usually because of their strategy but the clarity of communication, capability, confidence, or willingness of the people executing the strategy.
Whatever we do in business and in life relates to how well we influence others to act, react, behave or buy. Buying is not just about purchasing a tangible product, it also relates to buying an idea, strategy or point-of-view.
I design and deliver aligned training workshops and one-on-one coaching solutions in the following areas:

| • | Observing the interpersonal dynamics in a client, colleague, management and team environment was an eye-opening experience for me and I felt a greater need to return to the professional development arena in 2016. |
